1: Do Not Self-diagnose Sinus Infection Symptoms
There is a good chance that you are suffering from sinus infection symptoms and not allergies or colds. Sinus infection symptoms are caused by inflammation of the mucous membranes of the sinuses. We all know the feeling of a cold. Our nose runs and there is a lot of sneezing. Allergic reactions are very similar but could include swollen eyes and skin.
2: Allergy Shots Must Be Controlled
The normal schedule for allergy shots is monthly, bi-weekly, weekly or twice weekly. During the first three to six months, the allergy shots slowly increase in dosage each time. This continues until your body does not see the allergen as a threat any longer
3: Allergic Reaction Cannot Be Ignored
When you have allergies it is important to make sure that people you come into contact know this. When you are invited for a meal, inform your hostess of any food allergies you may have. This saves you from having a full blown allergic reaction to the distress of your hostess.
