We Ought To Use Alternative Herbal Medicine More Than We Do.

Viruses and diseases are spreading on a lot of levels these days, just turn on your TV, or open the local paper, you will surely see some story that confirms that theory. So we all have to take into consideration how we prevent ourselves from catching any of these viruses or diseases floating around.

For myself I am using several kinds of alternative herbal medicine to help me build up a solid foundation for my body, I don’t like popping all kinds of pills, and even if have a headache, id rather have the headache for a while than eat a pill to make it go away. I only pop pills when I absolutely can’t see a way around it. And most of the time there is some kind of alternative herbal medicine that will help me just as good as any pill.

But that’s my personal opinion, maybe you think that alternative herbal medicine is all one big lie, and that none of it works, but then I think you need to open your eyes… and broaden your horizon, most medicine derives from natural ingredients, and I am convinced that nature holds all the ingredients to keep us healthy.

Generally We ought to live in a way that helps us stay healthy in a natural way, we owe it to ourselves and our surroundings to take care of our selves, and our environment.

So consider eating healthy, and what I call mainly living foods, and by that I mean more green food than any other, I generally believe that meat is not good for the body, but I am not a vegetarian, I eat meat too, just in a more controlled manor than I used too. And I make sure to use alternative herbal supplements and medicine where possible, and I believe that keeps me healthier than the average Joe.

So just to sum up, in my opinion you should strive to use alternative herbal medicine instead of the synthetically produced medicine, and other meds that has a lot of stuff added to it.
