They will relax you, body mind and soul, and when you are relaxed and feeling good; you are not able to be anxious at the same time.

When you think about it, anxiety is a problem for you, because you have taught yourself a certain way of thinking, and unlucky for you, that way of thinking is what makes you anxious.

I know 6-8 pieces of fruit a day sounds like a lot, but it really isn’t, for example my first 3 or 4 pieces of fruit, comes every morning, when I cut up the fruits, and blend them with a little bit of juice, that is a great fresh morning drink, it boosts my energy, and it is healthy. A couple of pieces of fruit, as a dessert after lunch, and you are practically there. These precautions will work fine as a natural cure for anxiety.
