Also always remember that some weeks you will not lose a single pound or even a percent of a gram, but that is all part of the situation, just stay motivated by reading and interacting in the weight loss forums, and if there is one thing that assures your success, it is never giving up, use that as your number one motivating factor.

Just think about it for a second, if you never give up, and when what you do does not give the desired results, you change it a little and keep going, eventually you will succeed… that’s inevitable, with or without the help of weight loss forums.
