Even though obesity has been a major issue lately, there still is a major problem with overweight. There are plenty of diets and exercise regimes hanging around, but we still seem to be unable to shed those extra pounds.
And having a fast food restaurant, on every corner in all major cities sure ain’t helping. Actually I think they do quite the opposite. Not that the fast food industry is to blame all on their own, but they sure do their part.

But the real problem is that most people just go about their lives without any kind of concern about weight, and if they are concerned they don’t seem to have any self-control. And that actually is the best way to achieve a fast weight loss - the self-control that is…

What I don’t understand is how we can be so obsessed with famous people, where of most have fabulous bodys with little or no fat, and still most of us don’t look even remotely like our idols. With an average height of 5'10'' and an average weight of 110, this may to most people with just average life experience as an unobtainable goal, and that may be why we give up on the fast weight loss even before we begin?

Many cures that promises a fast weight loss, are based on the fact that at the beginning of most weight loss programs you start off losing a lot of weight, but that is just the water being drained from your body, and the moment you finish the cure, that water retains hold of you, and you gain several pounds back, that alone is enough to discourage many people who just want a fast weight loss, and don’t realize it wont last if they stay with a cure. My sister is a perfect example of this. She expects some wonder pill to miraculously shed off her excess pounds. This is not reality. If you want fast weight loss, you have to work for it.  And usually she gives up just a short way down the road.
